Our projects follow a four-phased design process outlined below to help you understand how we work and what to expect from us.

Phase I: Research
This is our opportunity to get to know you, learn about your business and confirm our understanding of your project. We do this through face-to-face meetings, conference calls and email. At the end of this phase, we send you a design brief that includes the scope of work and objectives; an outline of responsibilities; a timeline and a quote.

Phase II: Design development
Once you approve the design brief, we dive into the design development and send you our top two or three concepts. (Design concepts for larger projects such as websites or ad campaigns will be presented in template format.) This phase normally involves emailing back and forth as you give us feedback and we make revisions.

Phase III: Design production
Your approval of the concept signals the beginning of the third phase—when we carry out the concept to completion (e.g., we lay out the printed piece or code the website). This is also when we review spelling and punctuation, and, if you have requested copyediting services, check for grammar and consistency of mechanics and facts. If you are providing the copy, this is when we require the final text.

Phase IV: Delivery
Once you've signed off on the final product, we send you the final artwork or co-ordinate the print production for you. For websites, we upload the files to your web-hosting server and ensure the site looks and functions properly.
